Hot After-Noon

I like to roll down hills.
I also like to spin in repetitious circles.

So, I’ve been MIA for a while now. Approximately a month, give or take a few days. Something like that. Nothing overly interesting to convey, just the usual mind-numbing, spirit crushing drudgery of fulltime employment.

That’s what I meant by ‘Missing In Action’ - I gots’a lost in the action of deskwork. The adventure of towering stacks of paperwork. The ever-looming threat of paper cuts, formal castigation and stray staples. The bountiful choices of recycling or rubbish waste baskets. The sharpening of my Windsor knot tying skills. The brilliant sheen of sweat glistening against my aquiline face as I race to catch the early morning train to work.

Really, it’s a great lifestyle, this 9-5. Do you think I’d ever want to give it up? Nope. I couldn’t: it’s riveting. Riveting stuff. Stuff riveting.

Anyway, crap talking aside, I’m back and read to post some pretty stuff.

HA.
